Coriander Chutney recipe comes from my Mum's Kitchen. She has alway been making making it with coriander & garlic but her latest twist of adding Scallions to the recipe brings a zest to it.
- 100 g coriander
- 10 g garlic
- 40 g scallion
- 2 chillies
- olive oil
- Roughly chop Coriander, Chillies, Scallion & Garlic. Add all the ingredients in a mixing Jar.
- Add a bit of water to help blending the ingredients. Add Dash of Lemon Juice & Extra Virgin Olive Oil while blending. Blend the mix to the smoothest. Add Salt as per your taste and serve it chilled.
- Coriander Chutney can be used as accompaniment for appetisers
Dash of Olive Oil brings brightness. Add yogurt if you wish to mild down the chutney.
