Coriander Chutney

Coriander Chutney recipe comes from my Mum's Kitchen. She has alway been making making it with coriander & garlic but her latest twist of adding Scallions to the recipe brings a zest to it.


  • 100 g coriander
  • 10 g garlic
  • 40 g scallion
  • 2 chillies
  • lemon
  • olive oil


  1. Roughly chop Coriander, Chillies, Scallion & Garlic. Add all the ingredients in a mixing Jar.
  2. Add a bit of water to help blending the ingredients. Add Dash of Lemon Juice & Extra Virgin Olive Oil while blending. Blend the mix to the smoothest. Add Salt as per your taste and serve it chilled.
  3. Coriander Chutney can be used as accompaniment for appetisers


Dash of Olive Oil brings brightness. Add yogurt if you wish to mild down the chutney.
