BFree have just launched their delicious new healthy, gluten and wheat-free wrap range, try this recipe at home!


  • 4 chicken breasts, diced
  • romaine lettuce, shredded
  • 175 ml caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • 4 bfree multigrain wraps


  • Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, add the dressing, and toss lightly.
  • Spoon mixture into centre of BFree Multigrain Wraps and roll up tightly.
