Bison Bar & BBQ's take on the whiskey sour


  • 2 oz jameson irish whiskey
  • 0.75 oz apricot brandy
  • 1 oz apple juice
  • 1 tsp apricot jam
  • fresh lemon juice


  • Stir the jam with the Jameson until it dissolves
  • Add ice and rest of the ingredients and shake.
  • Strain into a whiskey tumbler.
