Bison Bar & BBQ's take on the whiskey sour
- 2 oz jameson irish whiskey
- 0.75 oz apricot brandy
- 1 oz apple juice
- 1 tsp apricot jam
- fresh lemon juice
- Stir the jam with the Jameson until it dissolves
- Add ice and rest of the ingredients and shake.
- Strain into a whiskey tumbler.
