A recipe for Bison Bar & BBQ's signature Margarita


  • 2 oz olmeca altos reposado tequila
  • 0.75 oz absolut pears
  • 1 oz blackberry puree
  • 2 oz jamaican ginger beer
  • squeeze of fresh lime juice.


  • Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice.
  • Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
  • Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of lime.
