A recipe for Bison Bar & BBQ's signature Margarita
- 2 oz olmeca altos reposado tequila
- 0.75 oz absolut pears
- 1 oz blackberry puree
- 2 oz jamaican ginger beer
- squeeze of fresh lime juice.
- Shake all ingredients except ginger beer with ice.
- Strain into a Collins glass filled with ice.
- Top with ginger beer and garnish with a slice of lime.
