Smoked salmon mousse

Perfect as a starter or even just as a nibble to share


  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 250 g smoked salmon
  • 50 g creme fraiche
  • 1 tsp capers
  • 1 tsp dill
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • salt and black pepper


  1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whiz until you reach a smooth consistency. Season with salt and pepper and serve with toasted Irish Soda Bread.
