- 4 panini rolls
- Dubliner cheese slices (original or light)
- 2 ripe tomatoes
- 1 tblsp pesto
- Cut the Panini open and spread with pesto.
- Add 3 slices of tomato to each Panini.
- Top with Dubliner Cheese slices, close and eat cold or toasted.
