Cheese Tomato and Pesto Panini

You're taste buds won't be able to resist the delicious smell while this panini toasts!


  • 4 panini rolls
  • Dubliner cheese slices (original or light)
  • 2 ripe tomatoes
  • 1 tblsp pesto


  1. Cut the Panini open and spread with pesto.
  2. Add 3 slices of tomato to each Panini.
  3. Top with Dubliner Cheese slices, close and eat cold or toasted.
