Gluten-free crunchy chicken
A deliciously satisfying meal, whether for you or your family.
Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 tblsp milk
- 200 g kelkin gluten free cornflakes (crushed, around 1 teacup)
Method
- Mix the egg and milk together in a shallow dish.
- In another shallow dish spread out the crushed gluten free cornflakes.
- Firstly dip the chicken into the egg mix and then coat with the cornflakes.
- The fillets can then be fried using a little spray olive oil.
- Serve with some roast vegetables.
