- juice of half a lemon
- 2-3 teaspoons of manuka honey
- 1/4 inch of fresh grated ginger root
- boiling hot water
- Take your favourite mug and using a fork, juice the lemon into it.
- Grate the ginger into cup next and then add boiling water to fill.
- Leave to infuse for 2 minutes and then stir in the Manuka honey.
- Curl up by the fire, a shot of brandy optional.
