- 400 g can of corned beef
- 0.50 cup crushed pineapple (drained)
- 1 cup mashed sweet potato
- 1 free range egg
- Preheat oven to 180°C.
- Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Roll into decent sized cakes and place onto a paper lined baking tray.
- Bake 30-40 minutes or until nicely browned.
- Can also do on the BBQ.
