Snack accordingly.


  • 3 tblsp organic pumpkin seeds.
  • 3 tblsp organic sunflower seeds.
  • 3 tblsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp tamari soya sauce
  • 1 non-stick frying pan


  • Scatter seeds onto pan.
  • Bring to medium heat.
  • Add tamari for seasoning.
  • Leave for 6 mins.
  • Stir occasionally until all toasted.
  • Keep in an air tight container once cooled.
  • Snack accordingly.
