Dry Toasted Seed Mix

Ingredients


  • 3 tblsp organic pumpkin seeds.
  • 3 tblsp organic sunflower seeds.
  • 3 tblsp sesame seeds
  • 2 tsp tamari soya sauce
  • 1 non-stick frying pan

Method

  1. Scatter seeds onto pan.
  2. Bring to medium heat.
  3. Add tamari for seasoning.
  4. Leave for 6 mins.
  5. Stir occasionally until all toasted.
  6. Keep in an air tight container once cooled.
  7. Snack accordingly.
