A tasty alternative to boiled spuds.
- 1 kg kipler potatoes
- 1 bunch chives
- 50 g butter
- sea salt to season
- Thoroughly wash 1 kg of kipler potatoes, then rub clean with a dish cloth. Cut the potatoes in half.
- Chop 1 bunch of chives.
- Heat 50g of butter in a large frying pan. Add the potato and brown over medium high heat.
- Reduce the heat to low and continue to cook for 20 minutes.
- Add the chives at the end of cooking and season with fine sea salt.
