A tasty snack or appetiser.
- 24 king prawns (cooked)
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 2 tblsp honey
- 1 orange
- Peel and de-vein prawns.
- With the orange, finely grate 1 tbs of zest and reserve 2 tbs of orange juice.
- Combine oil, rind, juice and half the honey in a bowl.
- Add prawns and marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Cook in a hot, non stick fry pan until golden brown.
