A tasty snack or appetiser.


  • 24 king prawns (cooked)
  • 2 tblsp olive oil
  • 2 tblsp honey
  • 1 orange


  • Peel and de-vein prawns.
  • With the orange, finely grate 1 tbs of zest and reserve 2 tbs of orange juice.
  • Combine oil, rind, juice and half the honey in a bowl.
  • Add prawns and marinade in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Cook in a hot, non stick fry pan until golden brown.
