A great dressing to add flavour to salad leaves.
- 1 tblsp white miso
- 1 tsp dijon mustard
- 1 tsp grated onion
- squeeze of lemon juice
- 60 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Place all the ingredients in a screw top jar and shake well to combine.
- Alternately place in a bowl and whisk until well combined.
- Use to dress salad leaves.
