- 4 flour tortilla
- 4 tbs tahini
- 200 g mozzarella (grated)
- 4 tsp mixed herbs
- On tortillas, smear tahini and season with sea salt and pepper.
- Sprinkle on mozzarella and mixed herbs.
- Fold tortilla in half and gently press.
- Place in 150°C preheated oven and when cooked, cut into wedges and serve.
- Optional serve with salsa as a dipping sauce.
