A tasty treat with just 100 calories!
- 1 apple
- artificial sweetener
- oil to spray
- 1 pot low fat, low calorie toffee yogurt
- Peel the apple and remove the core.
- Place on a baking tray on which you have placed a sheet of baking paper.
- Bake at 200°C for 10-15mins until soft and slightly brown.
- Serve hot with toffee yogurt.
