Apple Porridge

A great way to start the day.


  • 325 g rolled oats
  • 300 ml apple juice
  • 2 granny smith apples
  • 200 g greek yoghurt
  • 55 g sultanas or other dried fruit
  • 25 g flaked almonds (toasted)
  • 2 tblsp runny honey


  1. Soak the oats in the apple juice overnight.
  2. Just prior to eating, fold in the grated apple, yoghurt, sultanas and almonds.
  3. Drizzle over the honey and serve.
