- 6 medium meringue nests
- 300 ml fresh cream (whipped)
- 125 g strawberries
- 125 g raspberries
- 125 g red currants
- Wash the fruit very gently and leave dry on kitchen paper.
- Slice the strawberries.
- Divide the whipped cream between the 6 meringues, then add the fruit and serve.
