Tequila and Orange Water Ice
Perfect for a party!
Ingredients
- ¼ bottle of tequila
- ½ pint of orange juice
- 250 ml boiling water
- 200 g caster sugar
Method
- Dissolve the caster sugar in the boiling water and add the remainder of the ingredients place into a flat bottomed casserole dish.
- Freeze for 1-2 hours.
- Scrape with a fork, place into chilled shot glasses.
