Gin and Tonic Water Ice
Perfect for a party!
Ingredients
- ¼ bottle of gin
- ½ bottles of tonic water
- 250 ml boiling water
- 200 g caster sugar
Method
- Dissolve the caster sugar in the boiling water and add the remainder of the ingredients place into a flat bottomed casserole dish
- Freeze for 1-2 hours
- Scrape with a fork, place into chilled shot glasses
