- 540 g plain flour, sifted
- 45 g caster sugar
- 250 ml olive oil
- 100 ml white wine
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 eggs (lightly beaten)
- Mix the flour, sugar and salt together, slowly adding in the eggs, oil and wine, beating all the time.
- Turn out onto a floured board and knead it for 3 minutes.
- You can leave this in the fridge, if necessary, but it's important to bring it to room temperature before you roll it out, add your topping and bake it.
