- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 0.50 tsp fine sea salt
- 1 lemon juice
- 150 ml sour cream
- freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
- milk (to thin down if desired)
- Crush the garlic with the salt.
- Stir in the lemon juice and then the sour cream.
- Season with pepper to taste and thin down a bit with some milk stirred in if it's too thick for the way you want it.
