- 1 clove garlic (crushed)
- 1 small teaspoon fine sea salt
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tsp honey
- 150 ml natural yoghurt
- 2 tblsp olive oil
- 25 g parsley (finely chopped)
- 14 g mint (finely chopped)
- 14 g chives (finely chopped)
- Crush the garlic with the salt.
- Add the lemon juice and honey, and stir to dissolve.
- Mix in the yoghurt, and then the oil.
- Finally, stir in the chopped herbs.
