How about a fishy omelette from Martin Shanahan?


  • 1 lemon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs (per person)
  • shrimp


  • Drop a ½ a lemon into a pot of boiling water, add a pinch of sea salt and then add shrimp for about 1 and ½ minutes.
  • Pour eggs on to the pan for about 2 minutes and then sprinkle the shrimp on the omelette and fold over.
