Adds flavour to meat dishes.


  • 60 g apricot jam or marmalade
  • 1 tblsp dijon mustard
  • 30 g honey
  • 1 tblsp brown sugar
  • 1 tblsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tblsp sesame oil


  • Combine the ingredients in a shallow dish, toss the food to coat well and leave to marinade.
  • Cook quickly over a high heat or the sugar will char.
