Add flavour to meat with this delicious butter.
- 125 g unsalted butter (softened)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh fennel
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 tsp chopped fresh oregano
- 2 shallots (finely chopped)
- salt to taste
- Mix all the ingredients together, shape and roll.
- Cover in clingfilm, and chill
