Add more flavour to simple crème fraiche.


  • crème fraiche
  • bunch of spring onions
  • chives
  • dash of chilli sauce
  • fresh lime juice
  • salt and pepper to taste


  • Simply chop a bunch of spring onions finely and stir into a carton of crème fraiche or sour cream.
  • Add a dash of chilli sauce, a squeeze of fresh lime juice, a little sea salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  • Snip a few chives on to the top of the bowl as a garnish.
