A tropical treat.


  • 1 mango
  • 0.5 a melon e.g. ogen, canteloupe (peeled and de-seeded)


  • Cut the mango either side of the stone, peel the flesh and put into a blender.
  • Add the melon flesh and mix until smooth.
  • Add a little sparkling water if you would like to dilute this.
  • Serve in a large glass.
