A tropical treat.
- 1 mango
- 0.5 a melon e.g. ogen, canteloupe (peeled and de-seeded)
- Cut the mango either side of the stone, peel the flesh and put into a blender.
- Add the melon flesh and mix until smooth.
- Add a little sparkling water if you would like to dilute this.
- Serve in a large glass.
