A healthy and tasty drink.
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 2 small ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
- 100 g strawberries (hulled and roughly chopped)
- 200ml/7fl oz soya or cow's milk
- juice of 1 lime
- Cut the kiwi in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
- Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
- Serve in a large glass.
