A healthy and tasty drink.


  • 1 kiwi fruit
  • 2 small ripe bananas (peeled and sliced)
  • 100 g strawberries (hulled and roughly chopped)
  • 200ml/7fl oz soya or cow's milk
  • juice of 1 lime


  • Cut the kiwi in half and scoop the flesh into a blender.
  • Add the other ingredients and mix until smooth.
  • Serve in a large glass.
