A healthy, nutritious drink.


  • 1 ripe banana
  • 125 ml non fat yogurt
  • 1 tblsp sugar
  • 1 tblsp banana liqueur (optional)
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • 1 tsp fresh lime juice
  • lime wedge or banana slice, for garnish


  • Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
  • Pour the smoothie into a large glass and garnish with a lime wedge or banana slice.
