A healthy, nutritious drink.
- 1 ripe banana
- 125 ml non fat yogurt
- 1 tblsp sugar
- 1 tblsp banana liqueur (optional)
- 1 cup crushed ice
- 1 tsp fresh lime juice
- lime wedge or banana slice, for garnish
- Put all ingredients into a blender and mix until smooth.
- Pour the smoothie into a large glass and garnish with a lime wedge or banana slice.
