Tropical Fruit Smoothie

A tangy delight.

Ingredients


  • 290 ml greek yoghurt
  • 200 g strawberries
  • 1 mango (diced)
  • 1 papaya (sliced)
  • 1 banana (sliced)
  • 150 ml orange juice
  • 1 tsp wheatgerm
  • 1 full tablespoon honey
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  1. Put the orange juice in a blender with the ice cubes, half the strawberries and the papaya and blend for about 20 seconds.
  2. Add a good spoonful of honey, the yoghurt and wheatgerm and blend again for a further 20 seconds.
  3. Add the other fruits and blend in one at a time to maintain the smoothness of your smoothie.
  4. Serve immediately.
