Wild Garlic Pesto

During the Summer months, wild garlic is everywhere!

Ingredients


  • a handful of washed wild garlic leaves
  • olive oil to cover
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt and pepper

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz to a puree.
  2. If you can’t get wild garlic to make a puree, use basil pesto instead.
