During the Summer months, wild garlic is everywhere!


  • a handful of washed wild garlic leaves
  • olive oil to cover
  • a pinch of sugar
  • salt and pepper


  • Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz to a puree.
  • If you can’t get wild garlic to make a puree, use basil pesto instead.
