During the Summer months, wild garlic is everywhere!
- a handful of washed wild garlic leaves
- olive oil to cover
- a pinch of sugar
- salt and pepper
- Place all ingredients in a blender and blitz to a puree.
- If you can’t get wild garlic to make a puree, use basil pesto instead.
