Redcurrant, Gin and Mint Sauce

An easy and tasty sauce to accompany lamb.

Ingredients


  • redcurrant jelly, 1 jar
  • 1 measure of gin
  • finely chopped mint

Method

  1. Melt the jelly with the gin
  2. Whisk together until smooth
  3. Sprinkle with mint and serve.
