Make delicious camembert butter in less than 5 minutes.


  • ¼ wheel of camembert (rind removed)
  • 125 g softened unsalted butter
  • freshly ground black pepper


  • Whizz all the ingredients in a blender or food processor, then scrape out onto a piece of foil.
  • Shape into a log and roll up in the foil, then chill until required.
