- 125 ml whipping cream
- 30 g unsalted butter
- 45 g cocoa powder (sifted)
- 60 g caster sugar
- 60 g soft dark brown sugar
- pinch of salt
- Place all the ingredients in a heavy-based saucepan.
- Stir over a gentle heat until the mixture is smooth and melted.
- Increase the heat slightly and continue to cook the sauce for 2-3 minutes.
