Mango Yoghurt

A refreshing and light pick-me-up.

Ingredients


  • 1/4 pint mango pulp
  • 1/4 pint fromage frais or natural yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl. Pour into a saucepan and warm gently for a few minutes. Do not boil.
