Great with Cheddar Cheese Croquettes or Chips.
- 4 dessertspoo dessertspoons of mayonnaise
- 2 cloves of garlic-chopped and crushed
- freshly chopped parsley
- Mix all ingredients together. Chill in the fridge until required.
