Make a simple and quick fish dish.
- 500 g pasta
- 150 g smoked salmon, chopped
- 150 ml sour cream (fresh cream with a little lemon juice added, will do)
- 1 tblsp chives (snipped)
- 50 g lumpfish roe
- freshly ground black pepper, and a little salt, for seasoning
- Cook and drain the pasta.
- Toss with the smoked salmon, cream and chives.
- Serve in warmed soup bowls, topped with 1 teaspoon of lumpfish roe.
