A simple and delicious dish.


  • 500 g pasta
  • 160 g Boursin cheese
  • 6 tblsp cream
  • 6 spring onions, finely chopped
  • sea salt and freshly ground black pepper


  • Mash the cheese with the cream, season with salt and pepper, and stir into the cooked pasta, adding the chopped spring onions.
