Operation Transformation

Do you wish 2012 could be the year you transform your diet and lifestyle? Operation Transformation will return to our television screens early next year for a fifth series on RTÉ One. RTÉ Radio 1's The John Murray Show is on board again this year as the radio home for the series and there will be more interactive content available on www.rte.ie. For the first time ever an Operation Transformation App will also be available which will enable followers to track their progress.
