Clodagh McKenna is hosting an Easter themed cookery evening in Arnotts on Thursday, April 10.
The chef will be holding the fabulous foodie event in her cafe, Clodagh's Kitchen, from 5.30pm.
Guests will be treated to fresh, springtime-inspired cocktails and tasty nibbles upon arrival, and then Clodagh will demonstrate dishes from scratch.
After the demonstration, guests will join Clodagh for a three course meal showcasing the dishes from the demonstration, paired with a glass of wine.
The Easter Dinner Menu will include the following dishes:
Asparagus & Ricotta Tartlet with mint pesto & rocket salad
Lamb & Peaches: Irish spring lamb served with roasted peaches, fennel and wild garlic creamed potatoes
Rhubarb & ginger cheesecake: Creamy cheesecake with a ginger biscuit crumb and fresh, zingy rhubarb
