This is a sort of Scottish version of Minestrone, actually, again using what is available and just like Minestrone it can be made into more of a meal than a soup.
A delicious dessert, perfect for dinner party
A classic dessert that never falls out of favour!
A spiced apple delight for dessert.
A tasty soup that's easy to prepare.
This can than be used in so many different ways and will keep for a few days or freeze. It can be used with fish like monkfish or prawns or again with bits of chicken left over, with a nice bit of Foccacia to go with it.
A healthier option than ringing the local takeaway.
