Treat yourself with this mouth-watering dinner
Serve with maple syrup, whipped cream and caramelised banana.
Yum way to make your onions.
When ready to serve scrape with a fork to achieve a snow / ice like texture and serve immediately on top of the strawberry jelly.
One for a good sit down. Served with Shallots, Thyme and Polenta, alongside an apple gravy.
Never made this classic yourself? It's not difficult.
For best results, allow mixture to infuse overnight.
Serve with grilled bread with some seaweed and lime butter.
Cook on very hot barbeque for 10 minutes.
