Carrot and cardamom are a wonderful combination of flavours. The cake itself is moist enough but for that extra special touch you can add the delicious cinnamon cream cheese frosting. If you want to go all out, you can make mini carrots out of marzipan with a little orange food colouring and angelica root for the stalks.
When you do not want to bother with yeast, this scone-based pizza dough is quick and easy to make and rolled out thinly will fill two baking trays to make two large pizzas. My favourite topping combination is goat’s cheese, basil pesto and red onion.
Make them in different sizes and shapes and decorate with different colours and flavours of sprinkles and icing!

You might need a padlock for the jar...
All the ingredients, including the liquids are measured in grams. So just place a jug or bowl on your measuring scales and measure as normal. You will also need a sugar thermometer to tell when the fudge is ready. These are available online and in most good kitchen departments.
