Serve with sour cream and fresh chives.
With Glazed Carrots, Purple Sprouting Broccoli, Roast Sweet Potatoes
A new twist on an old favourite.
Steep the ham overnight. Calculate the cooking time, allowing 20 minutes per lb (500g).
Serve in slices to accompany turkey.
Garnish with a piece of lemon or lime and a crab claw.
Top with cold fresh egg custard and finish with some crumbled chocolate flake.
