This is a great dinner party dessert. I’ve also made this using rice flour instead of the regular flour, which I believe is okay for certain coeliacs to eat.
If you can marinate this the night before, happy days.

A nice way to jazz up some sweet potatoes if you’re stuck for ideas.
These can be wrapped up and left for a few hours before baking. They don’t take long but I would bring them to room temperature before cooking, so leave them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before plonking in the oven.
Sip slowly throughout the day.
