Quick and easy scrumptious pasta salad.
These can be wrapped up and left for a few hours before baking. They don’t take long but I would bring them to room temperature before cooking, so leave them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before plonking in the oven.
This seems a little dull, but was really nice to eat.
A dinner you won't need to work off in the gym!
I often put chilies in the freezer as it seems to make them fairly mild and then I don’t bother to de-seed them and they’re never too hot. They’re also very easy to slice when frozen.
A real good filler.
A wonderful vegetarian stew alternative.
A nice way to jazz up some sweet potatoes if you’re stuck for ideas.
