This is a great dinner party dessert. I’ve also made this using rice flour instead of the regular flour, which I believe is okay for certain coeliacs to eat.

You'll need a food processor, to make it all easy, and a 24cm non-stick cake tin with spring-back sides.
An expertly flavoured curry.
This is the perfect accompaniment to some goats cheese grilled on top of a slice of thick toast, with some Beetroot and lentil vinaigrette.
Delicious icecream served with cajeta - which is a Mexican caramel.
These can be wrapped up and left for a few hours before baking. They don’t take long but I would bring them to room temperature before cooking, so leave them out of the fridge for 30 minutes before plonking in the oven.
A great winter warmer.
A wonderful vegetarian stew alternative.
A real good filler.
