Chocolate and hazelnut biscotti

Biscotti are Italian twice-baked biscuits. They are quite dry and crispy and are a perfect accompaniment to dunk into coffee, crème brulées, mousses or pannacottas. Again these make a very tasty edible Christmas gift and look very attractive packaged in a jar tied with ribbon.

Tasty Wholemeal Yeast Bread

This is a delicious brown wholemeal yeast loaf that is fairly easy to make and better than any bread you will buy in the shops. I use cup measures as much as possible there are much easier than scales. For those who don't have cup measure, there are approximately 100g or 4oz of Flour in a cup. Odlums don't supply Strong Wholemeal Flour anymore, you will have to make the trip to the health food shops to source.

Rich chocolate hazelnut truffles

I have a "thing" for hazelnut and chocolate! I think the combination of the two is just delicious and sensational so when I was trying to decide on a recipe which hazelnut and chocolate played the main part, I decided to do my own thing and hope for the best!
