One of Dublin’s iconic bars, The Bailey Bar & Café, has introduced a new Summer Menu to mark the warmer months. The Summer at The Bailey menu serves food from noon to 9pm daily and features a tapas style experience which diners can enjoy while people-watching at the bar’s famous outdoor terrace, just off Grafton Street.
Summer at The Bailey includes dishes such as Bravas Potatoes - fried potatoes with garlic and chilli sauce, Gambas al Ajillo - prawns served with olive oil, garlic and chilli, Albondigas - spanish meat balls in a spicy tomato sauce, Fish Cake Salad, Chorizo Encebollado - stewed baby spicy chorizo cooked with onions, Caprese Salad, Spanish Black 'Piqual' Olives, Spanish Cheese Board, Tortilla Espanola - potato and onion omelet, Smoked Salmon on Guinness Bread, Spanish Serrano Ham with manchego cheese and Toasted 'Cristal' Bread with tomato and olives among other dishes.
